REFUND POLICY INFORMATION
We don’t usually offer refunds for event tickets HOWEVER this year everyone is protected if the events are not able to take place. You will either be able to roll your ticket over until the next possible date that these events can take place in person or request a refund via our ticketing platforms.
We will also be offering insurance to ALL TICKET HOLDERS THIS YEAR, so in the unfortunate event you are unable to attend the events due to Covid-19 or isolation you will be completely covered on us and receive a full refund. When you purchase your ticket make sure you read all of the T’s&C’s and tick the box to add the insurance to your ticket. You are not paying any extra as we have deducted it from our previous prices as we wanted to make sure this was covered for you.
